Cultural Digital Assets.

DAPCDA ClassPSO
✅ DAP #1Native Digital CDANative Digital Object
✅ DAP #2Digital Representation CDARepresentational Relationship
✅ DAP #3Limited Digital Edition CDAEdition Structure

а
Native Digital Edition Structure

How is a Limited Native Digital Edition structurally organized when both the artwork and the edition exist entirely in the digital domain?

Working Observation.

CDA ClassPSO - Primary Structural Object

Limited Digital Edition CDAEdition Structure
Native Digital Edition CDANative Digital Edition Structure

CDA Taxonomy:

Research Context

Unlike the previous Digital Asset Profile, the investigated artwork has no physical counterpart.
Both the artwork and the limited edition originate entirely within the digital domain.
Accordingly, the investigation examines a Cultural Digital Asset whose identity, documentation, edition structure, and blockchain implementation are all natively digital.
The Digital Asset Profile therefore investigates a distinct CDA class:
Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset (Native Digital Edition CDA).

Central Research Question
How is a Limited Native Digital Edition structurally organized when both the artwork and the edition exist entirely within the digital domain?

Primary Structural Object (Working Identification)

Native Digital Edition Structure

The investigation provisionally identifies the Native Digital Edition Structure as the Primary Structural Object (PSO).
Unlike DAP #3, where the Edition Structure was derived from a physical artwork, the investigated structure originates directly from a native digital artwork and governs all edition units and associated NFTs.
Its status will be evaluated independently throughout all Structural Research Layers.

Initial Structural Model

Native Digital Artwork

Native Digital Edition Structure

Edition Units

NFTs

The Edition Structure defines the limited digital edition independently of any physical object.
Individual NFTs represent realized edition units within the predefined Native Digital Edition Structure.

Initial Working Observation

The investigation begins with the following provisional observation.

Working Observation ND-4.1

The structural identity of a Native Digital Edition originates within the native digital artwork itself and does not depend upon reference to any physical source object.
This observation remains provisional and will be evaluated independently through the Ontology, Utility, Governance, Trust, Economy, Interoperability, and Compliance investigations.

Methodological Note

  • DAP #1 — единичный нативный цифровой объект;
  • DAP #2 — цифровое представление физического произведения;
Cultural Digital Asset.

Limited Edition CDA.

PART I
Introduction

1.1 Background
Digital artworks created entirely within the digital environment have become an established category of contemporary cultural production. Unlike digitized representations of physical artworks, native digital artworks originate without reference to any physical medium.

When such artworks are issued as limited blockchain editions, they constitute a distinct class of Cultural Digital Assets requiring independent structural investigation.

Previous Digital Asset Profiles investigated:

  • the native digital object itself (DAP #1);
  • the representational relationship between a physical artwork and its digital counterpart (DAP #2);
  • the edition structure derived from a physical artwork (DAP #3).
The present investigation addresses a fundamentally different structural configuration in which both the artwork and its limited edition originate entirely within the digital domain.

Accordingly, DAP #4 investigates the structural organization of the Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset (Native Digital Edition CDA).

1.3 Purpose
The purpose of DAP #4 is to investigate the structural organization of a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset using the ADAS Framework Methodology (AFM).

The investigation seeks to determine which structural entity governs identity, utility, governance, trust, economic participation, interoperability, and compliance within a limited native digital edition.

Rather than evaluating artistic quality or market performance, the investigation examines the underlying structural architecture of the Cultural Digital Asset.

1.4 Research Question
The investigation addresses the following research question:

  • How is a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset structurally organized when both the artwork and the edition originate entirely within the digital domain?

1.5 Research Scope
The investigation is limited to the structural characteristics of a limited native digital edition.

The following aspects are outside the scope of the present research:

  • artistic evaluation;
  • aesthetic interpretation;
  • market valuation;
  • investment analysis;
  • legal regulation;
  • collector behavior.
These subjects may be examined independently in future research.

1.6 Methodological Position
DAP #4 applies the ADAS Framework Methodology (AFM), following the standardized sequence established in the preceding Digital Asset Profiles.

The investigation proceeds through seven independent Structural Research Layers (SRLs):

  • Ontology
  • Utility
  • Governance
  • Trust
  • Economic Structure
  • Interoperability
  • Compliance
Each Structural Research Layer investigates the same Cultural Digital Asset from an independent analytical perspective.
The resulting observations are subsequently synthesized through the Cross-Framework Synthesis process and formally registered within the Structural Research Record (SRR).

1.7 Primary Structural Object (Working Identification)
At the beginning of the investigation, the following Primary Structural Object (PSO) is provisionally identified:

Native Digital Edition Structure

This identification represents a working hypothesis.

Its validity will be evaluated independently throughout all seven Structural Research Layers.

The investigation does not assume that this identification is correct; rather, it serves as the initial structural hypothesis to be tested through the ADAS Framework Methodology.

1.8 Initial Structural Model
Native Digital Artwork

Native Digital Edition Structure

Edition Units

NFTs

Within this model, the Native Digital Artwork serves as the cultural origin of the edition, while the Native Digital Edition Structure governs the organization of all edition units and their blockchain realization.

1.9 Expected Contribution

DAP #4 extends the ANDRBEL Research Program by introducing the first structural investigation dedicated to Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Assets.

Together with DAP #1, DAP #2, and DAP #3, it completes the initial comparative foundation for understanding the structural diversity of artistic Cultural Digital Assets.

The findings of DAP #4 will be incorporated into the Structural Knowledge Matrix (SKM) and will contribute to future Comparative DAP Analysis and the progressive development of the ADAS Foundation Framework (AFF).

Поэтому в начале каждого нового DAP можно добавить небольшой раздел "Position within the Research Program".

  • какое место занимает данный DAP в общей последовательности;
  • какой новый класс CDA исследуется;
  • чем он отличается от предыдущих DAP;
Structural Knowledge Matrix.
ADAS Foundation Framework (AFF).

Поэтому раздел "Position within the Research Program" будет играть роль своеобразной "карты исследования".

Position within the Research Program

# Position within the Research Program

The ANDRBEL Research Program investigates Cultural Digital Assets through a cumulative sequence of Digital Asset Profiles (DAPs).

Each Digital Asset Profile examines a distinct structural class of Cultural Digital Assets using the ADAS Framework Methodology (AFM).

Rather than proposing general theory directly, the research program progressively builds empirical structural knowledge through independent investigations, Cross-Framework Synthesis, and comparative analysis across multiple CDA classes.

The sequence currently comprises:

Digital Asset ProfileInvestigated CDA Class  Primary Structural Object
DAP #1Native Digital Cultural Digital AssetDigital Object
DAP #2Digital Representation Cultural Digital AssetRepresentational Relationship
DAP #3Limited Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset Edition Structure
**DAP #4** **Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset** **Working Identification: Native Digital Edition Structure**

DAP #4 occupies a unique position within the research program.

Whereas DAP #3 investigated the structural organization of a limited digital edition derived from a physical artwork, DAP #4 examines a fundamentally different configuration in which both the artwork and the limited edition originate entirely within the digital domain.

Accordingly, DAP #4 represents the completion of the first comparative research cycle dedicated to artistic Cultural Digital Assets.

The findings of this investigation will contribute to the Structural Knowledge Matrix (SKM), support Comparative DAP Analysis, and provide additional empirical evidence for evaluating existing and future Cross-Framework Observations (CFOs).

The subsequent Digital Asset Profiles will extend the investigation beyond artwork-based Cultural Digital Assets toward system-based and dynamically generated CDA classes, thereby broadening the empirical foundation of the ADAS Foundation Framework (AFF).

Primary Structural Object (PSO).

  • Cultural Origin —

DAPCultural OriginPSO
DAP #3Physical PaintingEdition Structure
DAP #4Native Digital ArtworkNative Digital Edition Structure

Cultural Origin

Primary Structural Object (PSO)

Structural Organization

Edition Units

NFTs

DAPCultural OriginPrimary Structural Object
DAP #1Native Digital ArtworkDigital Object
DAP #2Physical PaintingRepresentational Relationship
DAP #3Physical PaintingEdition Structure
DAP #4Native Digital ArtworkNative Digital Edition Structure

  • DAP #5 — Cultural Origin: Generative System → PSO: Generative System.
  • DAP #6 — AI Model / AI-assisted Process → свой PSO.
  • DAP #7 — Dynamic / Evolving System → свой PSO.

# PART II

# Research Object and Native Digital Edition Structure

## 2.1 Introduction

The present investigation examines a Cultural Digital Asset in which both the artwork and the limited edition originate entirely within the digital domain.

Unlike DAP #3, no physical artwork serves as the source object.

The investigated Cultural Digital Asset therefore possesses a native digital cultural origin while simultaneously establishing a predefined limited edition through blockchain realization.

Accordingly, the investigation distinguishes between two independent analytical concepts:

**Cultural Origin** — the source from which the cultural identity of the artwork originates.

**Primary Structural Object (PSO)** — the structural entity organizing the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.

The distinction between these concepts constitutes a working methodological model that will be evaluated throughout the ADAS Research Program.

---

# 2.2 Reference Artwork

### Artwork

**Rainbow Mosaic by AndrBel**

Classification:

Native Digital Artwork.

The artwork was conceived and created entirely using digital artistic tools.

No physical original exists.

The digital artwork therefore represents the initial cultural origin of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.

---

# 2.3 Cultural Origin (Working Concept)

### Cultural Origin

The investigation provisionally defines Cultural Origin as:

> **The source from which the cultural identity of a Cultural Digital Asset originates, independent of its subsequent structural organization or technological implementation.**

For the investigated object:

**Cultural Origin**

Native Digital Artwork

Rainbow Mosaic by AndrBel

The Cultural Origin exists independently of:

* blockchain registration;
* NFT issuance;
* edition realization;
* marketplace listing.

These processes do not establish the cultural origin but operate upon it.

---

# 2.4 Native Digital Origin

Unlike digitized artworks derived from physical media, the investigated artwork possesses native digital existence from the moment of creation.

Consequently:

* the artwork has no physical reference object;
* no digitization process exists;
* no representational relationship with a physical artwork is required.

The investigation therefore treats the artwork itself as the original cultural source.

---

# 2.5 Edition Definition

The investigated Cultural Digital Asset establishes a predefined limited edition.

Edition Type

Limited Native Digital Edition

Edition Size

45 Edition Units

Edition Numbering

1–45

Each Edition Unit represents a predefined structural position within the Native Digital Edition Structure.

NFT realization occurs progressively while preserving the integrity of the predefined edition.

---

# 2.6 Primary Structural Object (Working Identification)

The investigation provisionally identifies the following Primary Structural Object.

**Native Digital Edition Structure**

Working Status.

The Native Digital Edition Structure organizes:

* edition boundaries;
* edition units;
* numbering sequence;
* issuance limitations;
* blockchain realization.

Its validity as the Primary Structural Object will be evaluated independently throughout all seven Structural Research Layers.

---

# 2.7 Initial Structural Model

```text
Cultural Origin
Native Digital Artwork
Primary Structural Object
Native Digital Edition Structure
Edition Units
NFT Realizations
```

The model distinguishes between the cultural source of the artwork and the structural organization governing the limited digital edition.

The NFT represents the realization of an Edition Unit within the predefined Native Digital Edition Structure.

---

# 2.8 Initial Working Observations

### ND-4.1

The Cultural Origin of a Native Digital Edition exists independently of blockchain implementation.

Status:

Working Observation.

---

### ND-4.2

The Native Digital Edition Structure appears to organize the entire limited edition independently of individual NFTs.

Status:

Working Observation.

---

### ND-4.3

NFT realization represents the materialization of predefined Edition Units rather than the creation of the Cultural Origin.

Status:

Working Observation.

---

# Part II Conclusion

The investigation distinguishes, for the first time within the ADAS Research Program, between **Cultural Origin** and the **Primary Structural Object (PSO)**.

The Cultural Origin identifies the source of cultural identity, while the Primary Structural Object organizes the structural architecture of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.

For the investigated Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset, the Cultural Origin is identified as the Native Digital Artwork, whereas the Native Digital Edition Structure is provisionally identified as the Primary Structural Object.

Both concepts remain subject to independent evaluation throughout the subsequent Structural Research Layers.

Cultural Origin

Primary Structural Object (PSO)

Framework Investigations

Cross-Framework Synthesis

Structural Research Record

Methodological Addendum A
Introduction of the Cultural Origin Concept

The concept of Cultural Origin was introduced during the development of Digital Asset Profile #4 as an additional methodological component of the ADAS Framework Methodology (AFM).

While the Primary Structural Object (PSO) identifies the structural center of an investigated Cultural Digital Asset, Cultural Origin identifies the source from which the cultural identity of that asset originates.

These concepts describe different analytical levels and should not be regarded as interchangeable.

Accordingly, the concept of Cultural Origin is retroactively incorporated into the preceding Digital Asset Profiles.

DAP #1

The investigated Cultural Digital Asset originates directly from a native digital artwork created within the digital environment.

Methodological Significance

The distinction between Cultural Origin and Primary Structural Object (PSO) introduces a two-level analytical architecture into the ADAS Framework Methodology.

Cultural Origin identifies the source of cultural identity.

Primary Structural Object identifies the structural center governing the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.

The concept of Cultural Origin expands the analytical capabilities of the ADAS Framework Methodology while preserving the original role of the Primary Structural Object.

Future Digital Asset Profiles, the Structural Knowledge Matrix (SKM), Comparative DAP Analysis, and the ADAS Foundation Framework (AFF) will employ both concepts as complementary methodological components.

DAPCultural OriginPSOCFOKey Observations
DAP #1Native Digital ArtworkDigital Object...
DAP #2Physical ArtworkRepresentational Relationship...
DAP #3Physical PaintingEdition StructureCFO-01 Candidate...
DAP #4Native Digital ArtworkNative Digital Edition Structure(pending)...

  • Position within the Research Program;
  • Cultural Origin → Primary Structural Object (PSO)

PART III
Research Design and Methodological Application

  • Position within the Research Program;
  • Cultural Origin;
  • Primary Structural Object (PSO);
  • Cross-Framework Synthesis;
  • Structural Research Record;

Research Design.
А
Research Design and Methodological Application

---

# PART III

# Research Design and Methodological Application

## 3.1 Introduction

The present Digital Asset Profile applies the ADAS Framework Methodology (AFM) to investigate the structural organization of a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset.

Rather than evaluating artistic, technological, or economic performance, the investigation examines the structural architecture governing the Cultural Digital Asset.

The methodology emphasizes independent structural analysis, progressive validation, and cumulative knowledge development across the ANDRBEL Research Program.

---

# 3.2 Methodological Position

DAP #4 forms part of the cumulative empirical investigation conducted through the ANDRBEL Research Program.

Each Digital Asset Profile investigates a distinct class of Cultural Digital Assets while applying the same methodological sequence.

The objective is not immediate theory construction but the gradual accumulation of reproducible structural observations capable of supporting future comparative analysis.

Accordingly, DAP #4 contributes empirical evidence to the Structural Knowledge Matrix (SKM) and to the future development of the ADAS Foundation Framework (AFF).

---

# 3.3 Research Question

The investigation addresses the following research question.

> **How is a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset structurally organized when both the artwork and the limited edition originate entirely within the digital domain?**

The research question remains constant throughout all Structural Research Layers.

Each Framework investigates the same question from an independent analytical perspective.

---

# 3.4 Cultural Origin

The investigation begins by identifying the Cultural Origin of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.

For DAP #4:

**Cultural Origin**

Native Digital Artwork

Rainbow Mosaic by AndrBel

The Cultural Origin establishes the source of cultural identity.

It remains independent of blockchain implementation, marketplace publication, NFT realization, and technological infrastructure.

---

# 3.5 Primary Structural Object (PSO)

Following identification of the Cultural Origin, the investigation provisionally identifies the Primary Structural Object.

Working Identification:

**Native Digital Edition Structure**

The PSO represents the structural center governing the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.

The investigation does not assume this identification to be correct.

Instead, it evaluates the proposed PSO independently through each Structural Research Layer.

---

# 3.6 Structural Research Layers (SRLs)

The investigation applies seven independent Structural Research Layers.

| SRL | Framework | Research Focus |
| ----- | ------------------ | --------------------------- |
| SRL-1 | Ontology | Structural identity |
| SRL-2 | Utility | Structural utility |
| SRL-3 | Governance | Structural governance |
| SRL-4 | Trust | Structural trust |
| SRL-5 | Economic Structure | Structural economy |
| SRL-6 | Interoperability | Structural interoperability |
| SRL-7 | Compliance | Structural compliance |

Each Structural Research Layer is conducted independently.

No Framework is permitted to rely upon conclusions produced by another Framework.

---

# 3.7 Framework Observations

Upon completion of each Structural Research Layer, the investigation records one or more Framework Observations.

Framework Observations represent empirical findings limited to the scope of the individual Framework in which they were produced.

No theoretical interpretation is assigned at this stage.

---

# 3.8 Cross-Framework Synthesis

Following completion of all Structural Research Layers, the investigation conducts a Cross-Framework Synthesis.

The purpose of this synthesis is to identify recurring structural observations that emerge independently across multiple Frameworks.

Only observations demonstrating independent convergence may be registered as Cross-Framework Observations (CFOs).

---

# 3.9 Structural Research Record (SRR)

The results of the investigation are subsequently recorded within the Structural Research Record.

The SRR formally documents:

* identified Primary Structural Object;
* Framework Findings;
* registered Framework Observations;
* registered Working Concepts;
* Cross-Framework Observations;
* methodological outcomes.

The SRR functions as the official research record for the completed Digital Asset Profile.

---

# 3.10 Structural Knowledge Matrix (SKM)

After completion of the Structural Research Record, validated observations are incorporated into the Structural Knowledge Matrix.

The SKM serves as the cumulative repository of structural knowledge produced throughout the ANDRBEL Research Program.

The Matrix supports comparative analysis between Digital Asset Profiles while preserving the distinction between:

* Framework Observations;
* Cross-Framework Observations;
* Working Concepts;
* Candidate Foundational Principles.

---

# 3.11 Comparative DAP Analysis

Observations recorded within the Structural Knowledge Matrix are not immediately interpreted as foundational knowledge.

Instead, they are evaluated through comparative analysis across multiple Digital Asset Profiles.

Only observations demonstrating reproducibility across different CDA classes may advance toward Candidate Foundational Principles.

---

# 3.12 ADAS Foundation Framework (AFF)

The ADAS Foundation Framework represents the final stage of methodological validation.

AFF is not developed directly from individual Digital Asset Profiles.

Instead, it emerges progressively from:

Framework Investigations

Cross-Framework Synthesis

Structural Research Records

Structural Knowledge Matrix

Comparative DAP Analysis

Candidate Foundational Principles

Validated Foundational Principles

ADAS Foundation Framework

Accordingly, DAP #4 contributes empirical evidence while preserving methodological neutrality regarding future theoretical development.

---

# Part III Conclusion

The Research Design establishes a reproducible methodological pathway for investigating Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Assets.

Beginning with the identification of the Cultural Origin and the provisional identification of the Primary Structural Object, the investigation proceeds through independent Structural Research Layers, Cross-Framework Synthesis, Structural Research Recording, and comparative knowledge integration.

This methodology ensures that theoretical development within the ADAS Framework is grounded in cumulative empirical investigation rather than isolated conceptual interpretation.

I. Investigation Layer

  • Position within the Research Program
  • Cultural Origin
  • Primary Structural Object (PSO)
  • Seven Structural Research Layers
  • Framework Observations
  • Cross-Framework Synthesis
  • Structural Research Record
II. Knowledge Layer
  • Structural Knowledge Matrix (SKM)
  • Comparative DAP Analysis
  • Candidate Foundational Principles
  • ADAS Foundation Framework (AFF)

AFM v2.0
Layer I — Investigation Layer
Purpose:
To investigate an individual Cultural Digital Asset through a standardized empirical methodology.

Components:

  • Position within the Research Program
  • Cultural Origin
  • Primary Structural Object (PSO)
  • Research Question
  • Structural Research Layers (SRL-1 ... SRL-7)
  • Framework Observations
  • Cross-Framework Synthesis
  • Structural Research Record (SRR)
Output:
Validated Investigation Record

Layer II — Knowledge Layer
Purpose:
To accumulate, compare, and progressively validate structural knowledge across multiple Digital Asset Profiles.

Components:
  • Structural Knowledge Matrix (SKM)
  • Comparative DAP Analysis
  • Cross-DAP Observations
  • Candidate Foundational Principles
  • Validated Foundational Principles
  • ADAS Foundation Framework (AFF)
Output:

PART IV
Ontology Investigation (SRL-1)
AOF — ADAS Ontology Framework

  • DAP #1 — существует один цифровой объект;
  • DAP #2 — существует отношение между физическим и цифровым объектом;

Physical Artwork

Edition Structure

Edition Units

NFT Realizations

Native Digital Artwork

Native Digital Edition Structure

Edition Units

NFT Realizations

Primary Structural Object.

(Cultural Origin)
CDA? (PSO)

# PART IV

# Ontology Investigation (SRL-1)

## AOF — ADAS Ontology Framework

### 4.1 Introduction

The Ontology Investigation examines the structural existence of a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset.

Within the ADAS Ontology Framework (AOF), ontology investigates the entities that constitute the Cultural Digital Asset and the structural relationships governing their existence.

Unlike previous investigations, DAP #4 distinguishes between two independent ontological concepts:

* **Cultural Origin**
* **Primary Structural Object (PSO)**

The purpose of the investigation is to determine whether these concepts describe distinct ontological levels and how they contribute to the structural organization of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.

The central research question is:

> **What constitutes the primary ontological organization of a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset?**

---

# 4.2 Ontological Components

The investigation identifies the following ontological components.

### Ontological Component A

**Cultural Origin**

Native Digital Artwork

The Cultural Origin establishes the source of the artwork's cultural identity.

It exists independently of blockchain implementation, edition definition, NFT realization, and marketplace publication.

---

### Ontological Component B

**Primary Structural Object (Working Identification)**

Native Digital Edition Structure

The PSO organizes the structural architecture of the limited native digital edition.

Its role is evaluated independently throughout the Ontology Investigation.

---

### Ontological Component C

Edition Units

The Edition Structure defines forty-five predefined Edition Units.

Each Edition Unit represents a structural position within the limited edition.

Edition Units exist structurally before NFT realization.

---

### Ontological Component D

NFT Realizations

NFTs represent realized Edition Units.

Their existence depends upon blockchain realization while preserving consistency with the predefined Native Digital Edition Structure.

---

# 4.3 Ontological Relationships

The investigation evaluates the following relationships.

* Cultural Origin → Primary Structural Object
* Primary Structural Object → Edition Units
* Edition Units → NFT Realizations

The objective is to determine whether each relationship represents a distinct ontological dependency.

---

# 4.4 Structural Existence

The investigation distinguishes structural existence from material realization.

The Native Digital Edition Structure exists independently of NFT realization.

Edition Units possess predefined structural existence before blockchain implementation.

NFT realization therefore materializes existing structural positions rather than creating them.

---

# 4.5 Cultural Identity

The investigation evaluates the origin of cultural identity.

The Native Digital Artwork establishes the Cultural Origin.

Neither blockchain registration nor NFT realization creates cultural identity.

These processes organize and document the existing cultural identity.

---

# 4.6 Primary Structural Object

The investigation evaluates whether the Native Digital Edition Structure functions as the structural center of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.

The Native Digital Edition Structure organizes:

* edition boundaries;
* edition size;
* edition numbering;
* issuance sequence;
* structural integrity.

NFT realization occurs within this predefined structure.

---

# 4.7 Ontological Hierarchy

The investigation provisionally identifies the following hierarchy.

```text
Cultural Origin
Native Digital Artwork
Primary Structural Object
Native Digital Edition Structure
Edition Units
NFT Realizations
```

The hierarchy distinguishes the source of cultural identity from the structural organization governing the Cultural Digital Asset.

---

# 4.8 Ontological Dependency

The investigation proposes the following dependency model.

The Cultural Origin does not depend upon the Edition Structure.

The Edition Structure depends upon the existence of the Native Digital Artwork.

Edition Units depend upon the Edition Structure.

NFT Realizations depend upon the realization of Edition Units.

Accordingly, ontological dependence progresses from cultural origin toward technological realization.

---

# 4.9 Working Ontological Observations

### O-4.1

The Cultural Origin exists independently of blockchain implementation.

Status:

Working Observation.

---

### O-4.2

The Native Digital Edition Structure appears to organize the structural identity of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.

Status:

Working Observation.

---

### O-4.3

Edition Units possess structural existence before NFT realization.

Status:

Working Observation.

---

### O-4.4

NFT realization changes the mode of existence of Edition Units without altering their structural identity.

Status:

Working Observation.

---

### O-4.5

Cultural Origin and Primary Structural Object describe different ontological levels of the same Cultural Digital Asset.

Status:

Working Observation.

---

# 4.10 Ontological Assessment

The Ontology Investigation provisionally indicates that the Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset is organized through two complementary ontological layers.

The first layer establishes the Cultural Origin of the artwork.

The second layer organizes the structural architecture governing the limited native digital edition.

These layers perform different functions while remaining structurally interconnected.

---

# Part IV Conclusion

The Ontology Investigation provisionally identifies the Native Digital Artwork as the Cultural Origin and the Native Digital Edition Structure as the Primary Structural Object of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.

The findings indicate that cultural identity originates independently of blockchain realization, whereas the structural organization of the limited edition is governed by the Native Digital Edition Structure.

These observations remain provisional and will be independently evaluated through the subsequent Structural Research Layers before any Cross-Framework synthesis is undertaken.

Cultural Origin.
Primary Structural Object (PSO).

  • Cultural Identity

#AFF

Methodological Clarification
Cultural Identity and Structural Identity

Beginning with Digital Asset Profile #4, the ADAS Ontology Framework distinguishes between two complementary forms of identity.

Cultural Identity

Cultural Identity identifies the artwork as a cultural creation.

It originates from the Cultural Origin and is established through artistic authorship, creative intention, and the cultural existence of the artwork itself.

Cultural Identity remains independent of blockchain implementation, marketplace publication, tokenization, or technological infrastructure.

Accordingly, Cultural Identity answers the question:

What makes this artwork the artwork that it is?

Structural Identity

Structural Identity identifies the organizational identity of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.

It originates from the Primary Structural Object (PSO) and governs the structural organization of the Cultural Digital Asset.

Structural Identity is expressed through structural relationships, edition organization, governance architecture, issuance rules, and other structural properties defined by the PSO.

Accordingly, Structural Identity answers the question:

What makes this Cultural Digital Asset the structural system that it is?

Relationship

The two identities describe different analytical levels.

Cultural Identity

describes the identity of the artwork.

Structural Identity

describes the identity of the Cultural Digital Asset constructed around that artwork.
Neither identity replaces the other.
Instead, they coexist as complementary ontological components within the ADAS Framework Methodology.

Application to DAP #4
For the investigated Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset:

Cultural Identity

Rainbow Mosaic by AndrBel

Origin:
Native Digital Artwork

Established through artistic creation.

Structural Identity

Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset

Origin:
Native Digital Edition Structure (PSO)

Established through the structural organization of the limited digital edition.

Methodological Significance
The distinction between Cultural Identity and Structural Identity extends the ontological architecture of the ADAS Framework Methodology.

Beginning with DAP #4, every Cultural Digital Asset is investigated through four complementary methodological concepts:

  • Cultural Origin
  • Cultural Identity
  • Primary Structural Object (PSO)
  • Structural Identity

Together these concepts distinguish the cultural existence of the artwork from the structural existence of the Cultural Digital Asset while preserving the relationship between them.

The applicability of this distinction will be evaluated throughout subsequent Digital Asset Profiles before consideration for inclusion within the ADAS Foundation Framework (AFF).

PSO

Frameworks

А так:

Cultural Origin

Cultural Identity

Primary Structural Object (PSO)

Structural Identity

Structural Research Layers

  1. Cultural Origin
  2. Cultural Identity
Structural Research Layers.

Cultural Digital Assets.

#AFM v2.0

PART V
Utility Investigation (SRL-2)
AUF — ADAS Utility Framework

Native Digital Edition CDA.

PART V — Utility Investigation (SRL-2).

---

# PART V

# Utility Investigation (SRL-2)

## AUF — ADAS Utility Framework

### 5.1 Introduction

The Utility Investigation examines how utility is structurally organized within a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset.

Within the ADAS Utility Framework (AUF), utility is understood as a structural property emerging from the organization of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset rather than as an economic characteristic of individual blockchain objects.

The investigation evaluates whether utility originates from the Cultural Origin, the Primary Structural Object, or from another structural component.

The central research question is:

> **How is utility structurally organized within a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset?**

---

# 5.2 Utility Components

The investigation evaluates four principal components.

### Component A

**Cultural Origin**

Native Digital Artwork.

The Cultural Origin provides the artistic and cultural basis from which the investigated Cultural Digital Asset derives its significance.

---

### Component B

**Primary Structural Object**

Native Digital Edition Structure.

The Edition Structure organizes the limited edition through predefined edition units, numbering, issuance rules, and structural integrity.

---

### Component C

Edition Units.

Each Edition Unit occupies a predefined structural position within the Native Digital Edition Structure.

---

### Component D

NFT Realizations.

Each NFT represents the blockchain realization of a predefined Edition Unit.

---

# 5.3 Utility Domains

The investigation evaluates utility across five structural domains.

* Cultural Utility
* Structural Utility
* Documentary Utility
* Participation Utility
* Continuity Utility

Each domain is investigated independently.

---

# 5.4 Cultural Utility

The investigation evaluates whether cultural utility originates from the Native Digital Artwork.

The artwork establishes the artistic identity and cultural significance of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.

Accordingly, Cultural Utility appears to originate from the Cultural Origin rather than from blockchain realization.

---

# 5.5 Structural Utility

Structural Utility evaluates the organizational utility created by the Native Digital Edition Structure.

The investigation examines:

* edition boundaries;
* predefined scarcity;
* structural integrity;
* edition organization;
* issuance architecture.

These structural properties enable the organization of the limited edition independently of individual NFTs.

---

# 5.6 Participation Utility

Participation Utility evaluates how collectors participate within the predefined edition.

The investigation examines whether NFTs function as participation points within the Native Digital Edition Structure rather than as isolated digital objects.

---

# 5.7 Documentary Utility

The investigation evaluates utility arising from documentation.

This includes:

* blockchain registration;
* provenance;
* edition numbering;
* ownership records;
* verification.

Documentary Utility supports transparency and long-term continuity without constituting the Cultural Origin.

---

# 5.8 Continuity Utility

The investigation evaluates whether the Native Digital Edition Structure enables long-term continuity of the edition.

Continuity Utility includes:

* preservation of edition integrity;
* traceability;
* structural consistency;
* institutional documentation.

---

# 5.9 Utility Hierarchy

The investigation provisionally identifies the following hierarchy.

```text id="jz8hqm"
Cultural Origin
Cultural Utility
Primary Structural Object
Structural Utility
Edition Units
Participation Utility
NFT Realizations
Documentary Utility
```

The hierarchy illustrates that different forms of utility arise at different structural levels rather than from a single technological component.

---

# 5.10 Working Utility Observations

### U-4.1

Cultural Utility appears to originate from the Cultural Origin.

Status:

Working Observation.

---

### U-4.2

Structural Utility appears to originate from the Native Digital Edition Structure.

Status:

Working Observation.

---

### U-4.3

NFT realization enables Participation Utility but does not establish Cultural Utility.

Status:

Working Observation.

---

### U-4.4

Documentary Utility reinforces structural continuity without replacing Cultural Utility.

Status:

Working Observation.

---

### U-4.5

Different categories of utility appear to emerge from different ontological levels of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.

Status:

Working Observation.

---

# 5.11 Utility Assessment

The Utility Investigation provisionally indicates that utility within a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset is not concentrated within individual NFTs.

Instead, different forms of utility appear to originate from distinct structural levels, including the Cultural Origin and the Primary Structural Object.

The investigation therefore suggests that utility is distributed throughout the structural architecture of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset rather than generated by blockchain implementation alone.

---

# Part V Conclusion

The Utility Investigation indicates that a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset exhibits multiple complementary forms of utility.

Cultural Utility originates from the Native Digital Artwork, while Structural Utility is organized through the Native Digital Edition Structure.

NFT realization enables participation and documentation but does not independently establish the cultural or structural utility of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.

These findings remain provisional and will be evaluated through subsequent Structural Research Layers before inclusion in the Cross-Framework Synthesis.

Working Cross-DAP Observation:

Structural properties may originate at different ontological levels within the same Cultural Digital Asset.

Cultural Digital Asset.

#AFF

PART VI
Governance Investigation (SRL-3)
AGF — ADAS Governance Framework

Framework — Governance.

В DAP #3:
Physical Artwork

Edition Structure

NFT
Governance в основном организовывала Edition.

В DAP #4:
Native Digital Artwork

Native Digital Edition Structure

NFT

6.1 Introduction
The Governance Investigation examines how governance is structurally organized within a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset.

Within the ADAS Governance Framework (AGF), governance is understood as the structural organization of responsibility, authority, continuity, and institutional consistency throughout the life cycle of a Cultural Digital Asset.

The investigation evaluates governance independently from legal ownership, marketplace operations, or technical implementation.

Instead, it examines how governance preserves the integrity of the Cultural Digital Asset from its Cultural Origin through its Primary Structural Object and subsequent blockchain realization.

The central research question is:

  • How is governance structurally organized within a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset?

6.2 Governance Components
The investigation evaluates four principal governance components.

Governance Component A
Cultural Origin
Native Digital Artwork.
The Cultural Origin establishes the artistic authorship and the source of cultural identity.
Governance does not create Cultural Origin but is responsible for preserving its integrity throughout the life cycle of the Cultural Digital Asset.

Governance Component B
Primary Structural Object
Native Digital Edition Structure.
The PSO governs:

  • edition boundaries;
  • edition size;
  • numbering;
  • issuance policy;
  • structural integrity.
The investigation evaluates whether governance primarily originates from the Native Digital Edition Structure.

Governance Component C
Edition Units.
Each Edition Unit represents a predefined structural position.
Governance evaluates the consistency of:
  • numbering;
  • allocation;
  • issuance;
  • traceability.
Governance Component D
NFT Realizations.
NFTs represent realized Edition Units.
Governance evaluates whether blockchain realization remains consistent with the predefined Native Digital Edition Structure.

6.3 Governance Domains
The investigation evaluates governance across six structural domains.

  • Cultural Governance
  • Structural Governance
  • Issuance Governance
  • Ownership Governance
  • Continuity Governance
  • Institutional Governance
Each domain is investigated independently.

6.4 Cultural Governance
The investigation evaluates governance mechanisms preserving the Cultural Origin.

This includes:

  • authorship;
  • artistic attribution;
  • preservation of cultural identity;
  • protection against structural misrepresentation.
Cultural Governance therefore operates at the level of the artwork rather than at the level of blockchain implementation.

6.5 Structural Governance
Structural Governance evaluates how the Native Digital Edition Structure maintains:

  • predefined edition limits;
  • structural consistency;
  • edition integrity;
  • organizational coherence.
The investigation examines whether Structural Governance originates from the Primary Structural Object.

6.6 Issuance Governance
The investigation evaluates governance of NFT realization.
This includes:

  • minting sequence;
  • edition numbering;
  • issuance limitations;
  • realization of Edition Units.
NFT realization must remain consistent with the Native Digital Edition Structure.

6.7 Ownership Governance
Ownership Governance evaluates how ownership records relate to the predefined edition.
Ownership transfers affect Edition Units but do not modify:

  • Cultural Origin;
  • Cultural Identity;
  • Primary Structural Object;
  • Structural Identity.

6.8 Continuity Governance
The investigation evaluates governance responsible for preserving the Cultural Digital Asset across time.
Continuity Governance includes:

  • provenance;
  • documentation;
  • edition preservation;
  • historical traceability;
  • institutional continuity.

6.9 Institutional Governance
Institutional Governance evaluates the long-term organizational consistency of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.
The investigation examines whether institutional governance reinforces:

  • Cultural Origin;
  • Primary Structural Object;
  • Structural Identity;
  • long-term continuity.

6.10 Governance Hierarchy
Cultural Origin

Cultural Governance

Primary Structural Object

Structural Governance

Edition Units

Issuance Governance

NFT Realizations

Ownership Governance

Continuity Governance

Institutional Governance

The hierarchy illustrates that governance is distributed across multiple structural levels rather than concentrated within blockchain implementation.

6.11 Working Governance Observations

G-4.1
Cultural Governance appears to preserve the Cultural Origin without creating it.
Status:
Working Observation.

G-4.2
Structural Governance appears to originate from the Native Digital Edition Structure.
Status:
Working Observation.

G-4.3
Ownership changes affect Edition Units but do not alter either Cultural Identity or Structural Identity.
Status:
Working Observation.

G-4.4
Institutional Governance reinforces continuity across all structural levels of the Cultural Digital Asset.
Status:
Working Observation.

G-4.5
Governance appears to operate through multiple ontological levels rather than through a single governing object.
Status:
Working Observation.

6.12 Governance Assessment

The Governance Investigation provisionally indicates that governance within a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset is distributed across distinct ontological levels.
The Cultural Origin requires governance preserving artistic identity, while the Primary Structural Object governs the structural organization of the limited edition.
NFT realization, ownership, and institutional continuity operate as complementary governance layers that depend upon, rather than replace, these foundational levels.

Part VI Conclusion

The Governance Investigation indicates that governance within a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset is organized through a layered architecture extending from the Cultural Origin to long-term institutional continuity.

These findings suggest that governance is not a property of blockchain implementation alone but a distributed structural function preserving both the cultural identity of the artwork and the structural identity of the Cultural Digital Asset.

Working Cross-DAP Observation (registration)

WCDO-02 — Multi-Level Structural Properties

Structural properties of a Cultural Digital Asset may originate at different ontological levels rather than from a single structural source.

Current Evidence

Edition Structure.
Structural Identity.
Status: Working Cross-DAP Observation.

#AFF

PART VII
Trust Investigation (SRL-4)
ASF — ADAS Security Framework

После Governance идет Trust Investigation (SRL-4).

7.1 Introduction
The Trust Investigation examines how trust is structurally established and preserved within a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset.

Within the ADAS Security Framework (ASF), trust is understood as a structural property arising from the consistent organization, transparency, verifiability, and continuity of a Cultural Digital Asset.

Trust is therefore distinguished from technological security alone.

While blockchain technology contributes to verification, it does not independently establish trust.

The investigation evaluates how trust emerges across the different ontological levels previously identified within the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.

The central research question is:
How is trust structurally established within a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset?

7.2 Trust Components
The investigation evaluates trust across four structural components.

Trust Component A
Cultural Origin
Native Digital Artwork.
Trust at this level concerns:

  • artistic authorship;
  • creative authenticity;
  • preservation of cultural identity.
Trust Component B
Primary Structural Object
Native Digital Edition Structure.
Trust evaluates whether the edition remains consistent with its declared structural organization.

Trust Component C
Edition Units.
Each predefined Edition Unit must remain consistent with:
  • numbering;
  • structural allocation;
  • issuance rules.
Trust Component D
NFT Realizations.
Blockchain realization provides:
  • verification;
  • provenance;
  • ownership records;
  • transaction history.
NFT realization strengthens trust but does not independently establish it.

7.3 Trust Domains
The investigation evaluates trust across six structural domains.

  • Cultural Trust
  • Structural Trust
  • Documentary Trust
  • Technical Trust
  • Continuity Trust
  • Institutional Trust
Each domain is investigated independently.

7.4 Cultural Trust
The investigation evaluates trust originating from the Cultural Origin.
This includes confidence in:

  • authorship;
  • artistic authenticity;
  • integrity of the native digital artwork;
  • preservation of Cultural Identity.
Cultural Trust exists independently of blockchain implementation.

7.5 Structural Trust
Structural Trust evaluates confidence in the integrity of the Native Digital Edition Structure.
The investigation examines:

  • edition boundaries;
  • edition size;
  • numbering integrity;
  • issuance consistency;
  • preservation of Structural Identity.
Structural Trust appears to originate from the Primary Structural Object.

7.6 Documentary Trust
The investigation evaluates trust established through documentation.
This includes:

  • metadata;
  • provenance records;
  • edition documentation;
  • ownership history;
  • verification records.
Documentary Trust reinforces transparency while remaining dependent upon Cultural Origin and Structural Structure.

7.7 Technical Trust
Technical Trust evaluates the reliability of blockchain implementation.
The investigation distinguishes between:

  • technological correctness;
  • structural correctness.
Correct blockchain implementation alone does not establish Cultural Trust or Structural Trust.
Instead, Technical Trust supports verification of an already established structural organization.

7.8 Continuity Trust
The investigation evaluates trust preserved throughout the life cycle of the Cultural Digital Asset.
This includes:

  • long-term provenance;
  • preservation of edition integrity;
  • documentation continuity;
  • institutional consistency.
Continuity Trust extends trust across time rather than creating it.

7.9 Institutional Trust
Institutional Trust evaluates confidence in the long-term governance and preservation of the Cultural Digital Asset.
Institutional Trust reinforces:

  • Cultural Origin;
  • Cultural Identity;
  • Primary Structural Object;
  • Structural Identity.
Its role is to preserve structural coherence across the complete lifecycle of the asset.

7.10 Trust Hierarchy
Cultural Origin

Cultural Trust

Primary Structural Object

Structural Trust

Edition Units

NFT Realizations

Documentary Trust

Technical Trust

Continuity Trust

Institutional Trust

The hierarchy indicates that trust is distributed across multiple ontological levels and progressively reinforced through documentation, technology, continuity, and institutional preservation.

7.11 Working Trust Observations

T-4.1
Cultural Trust appears to originate from the Cultural Origin.
Status: Working Observation.

T-4.2
Structural Trust appears to originate from the Native Digital Edition Structure.
Status: Working Observation.

T-4.3
Technical Trust verifies structural consistency but does not independently establish trust.
Status: Working Observation.

T-4.4
Institutional Trust preserves both Cultural Identity and Structural Identity throughout the lifecycle of the Cultural Digital Asset.
Status: Working Observation.

T-4.5

Trust appears to emerge through complementary ontological levels rather than from a single technological component.
Status: Working Observation.

7.12 Trust Assessment
The Trust Investigation provisionally indicates that trust within a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset is established through a layered ontological architecture.
The Cultural Origin establishes Cultural Trust.
The Primary Structural Object establishes Structural Trust.
Documentation, blockchain implementation, continuity, and institutional preservation progressively reinforce these foundational layers without replacing them.

Part VII Conclusion

The Trust Investigation indicates that trust within a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset is neither a purely technological nor a purely documentary property.

Instead, trust appears to originate from the coordinated interaction of multiple ontological levels, beginning with the Cultural Origin and extending through the Primary Structural Object to long-term institutional continuity.

These findings remain provisional and will be evaluated alongside the remaining Structural Research Layers before inclusion in the Cross-Framework Synthesis.

Framework.

PART VIII
Economic Structure Investigation (SRL-5)
ATF — ADAS Tokenomics Framework

# PART VIII

# Economic Structure Investigation (SRL-5)

## ATF — ADAS Tokenomics Framework

### 8.1 Introduction

The Economic Structure Investigation examines how economic participation is structurally organized within a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset.

Within the ADAS Tokenomics Framework (ATF), economic structure is understood as a structural property supporting the continuity, participation, and sustainability of a Cultural Digital Asset.

Economic structure is therefore distinguished from market price, speculation, or financial performance.

The investigation evaluates how economic participation is organized across the ontological architecture previously identified during the Ontology, Utility, Governance, and Trust investigations.

The central research question is:

> **How is economic participation structurally organized within a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset?**

---

# 8.2 Economic Components

The investigation evaluates four principal components.

### Economic Component A

**Cultural Origin**

Native Digital Artwork.

The Cultural Origin establishes the cultural foundation upon which all subsequent economic activity depends.

It is not itself an economic construct.

---

### Economic Component B

**Primary Structural Object**

Native Digital Edition Structure.

The PSO establishes:

* edition boundaries;
* edition size;
* structural scarcity;
* issuance architecture.

These characteristics define the organizational framework within which economic participation becomes possible.

---

### Economic Component C

Edition Units

Each Edition Unit represents a predefined participation position within the Native Digital Edition Structure.

The investigation evaluates whether economic participation occurs through Edition Units rather than through isolated blockchain objects.

---

### Economic Component D

NFT Realizations

NFT realization enables participation in the predefined edition through blockchain implementation.

The NFT functions as the realized representation of an Edition Unit within the economic structure.

---

# 8.3 Economic Domains

The investigation evaluates six structural domains.

* Cultural Economy
* Structural Economy
* Participation Economy
* Documentary Economy
* Continuity Economy
* Institutional Economy

Each domain is investigated independently.

---

# 8.4 Cultural Economy

The investigation evaluates whether economic participation depends upon the Cultural Origin.

The Native Digital Artwork establishes the cultural significance that enables the existence of the limited edition.

Accordingly, Cultural Economy appears to originate from cultural creation rather than from blockchain implementation.

---

# 8.5 Structural Economy

Structural Economy evaluates the organizational properties created by the Native Digital Edition Structure.

These include:

* predefined scarcity;
* edition integrity;
* edition boundaries;
* issuance architecture.

The investigation evaluates whether Structural Economy originates from the Primary Structural Object.

---

# 8.6 Participation Economy

Participation Economy examines how collectors participate within the predefined edition.

The investigation evaluates whether Edition Units function as structured participation positions and whether NFT realization provides access to those positions.

---

# 8.7 Documentary Economy

The investigation evaluates the contribution of documentation to economic continuity.

This includes:

* provenance;
* ownership records;
* edition numbering;
* verification;
* historical traceability.

Documentary Economy supports transparency and reinforces confidence in the economic structure without creating cultural value.

---

# 8.8 Continuity Economy

Continuity Economy evaluates whether the Native Digital Edition Structure enables sustainable participation across time.

The investigation examines:

* preservation of edition integrity;
* long-term documentation;
* traceability;
* continuity of ownership.

---

# 8.9 Institutional Economy

Institutional Economy evaluates the organizational conditions supporting long-term institutional recognition of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.

Institutional Economy reinforces the relationship between:

* Cultural Origin;
* Primary Structural Object;
* long-term structural continuity.

---

# 8.10 Economic Hierarchy

```text
Cultural Origin
Cultural Economy
Primary Structural Object
Structural Economy
Edition Units
Participation Economy
NFT Realizations
Documentary Economy
Continuity Economy
Institutional Economy
```

The investigation provisionally identifies a layered economic architecture in which economic participation progressively develops from cultural creation toward institutional continuity.

---

# 8.11 Working Economic Observations

### E-4.1

Cultural Economy appears to originate from the Cultural Origin.

**Status:** Framework Observation (FO).

---

### E-4.2

Structural Economy appears to originate from the Native Digital Edition Structure.

**Status:** Framework Observation (FO).

---

### E-4.3

Edition Units appear to function as structured participation positions within the economic organization of the edition.

**Status:** Framework Observation (FO).

---

### E-4.4

NFT realization enables economic participation without independently establishing Cultural Economy or Structural Economy.

**Status:** Framework Observation (FO).

---

### E-4.5

Economic participation appears to emerge through multiple ontological levels of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.

**Status:** Framework Observation (FO).

---

# 8.12 Economic Assessment

The Economic Structure Investigation provisionally indicates that economic participation within a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset is distributed across multiple ontological levels.

The Cultural Origin establishes the cultural foundation.

The Primary Structural Object organizes the structural economy of the edition.

NFT realization enables participation within this predefined architecture, while documentary, continuity, and institutional layers reinforce its long-term sustainability.

---

# Part VIII Conclusion

The Economic Structure Investigation indicates that the economic organization of a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset is not generated by blockchain implementation alone.

Instead, it emerges through the interaction of Cultural Origin, the Primary Structural Object, Edition Units, and their blockchain realization.

These findings remain provisional and will be independently evaluated through the remaining Structural Research Layers before inclusion in the Cross-Framework Synthesis.

Working Observation.

Framework.
  • Candidate Foundational Principle (CFP) —
ADAS Framework Methodology v2.0.

#AFM v2.0

FO-4.1 — Framework Observation (Ontology)
FO-4.2 — Framework Observation (Utility)
...
CFO-01 — Cross-Framework Observation
WCDO-01 — Working Cross-DAP Observation

PART IX
Interoperability Investigation (SRL-6)
AIF — ADAS Interoperability Framework

Framework:

SRL-6 — Interoperability
SRL-7 — Compliance

Cross-Framework Synthesis.

9.1 Introduction

The Interoperability Investigation examines how a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset maintains structural interoperability across its cultural, documentary, technological, and institutional environments.

Within the ADAS Interoperability Framework (AIF), interoperability is understood as the structural capacity of a Cultural Digital Asset to preserve its identity, organization, and continuity while interacting with multiple independent systems.

Interoperability therefore extends beyond technical compatibility.

It includes documentary consistency, institutional coherence, governance continuity, and long-term structural preservation.

The central research question is:
How is interoperability structurally organized within a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset?

9.2 Interoperability Components
The investigation evaluates four principal structural components.

Component A
Cultural Origin

Native Digital Artwork.
The Cultural Origin must remain consistently identifiable regardless of technological platform or institutional environment.

Component B
Primary Structural Object

Native Digital Edition Structure.
The Primary Structural Object organizes the edition independently of any individual blockchain implementation or marketplace.
The investigation evaluates whether interoperability primarily depends upon the preservation of this structural organization.

Component C
Edition Units.
Each Edition Unit must remain interoperable through:

  • numbering consistency;
  • documentation;
  • provenance;
  • structural allocation.
Component D
NFT Realizations.
NFTs enable interoperability through blockchain implementation while preserving consistency with the Native Digital Edition Structure.

9.3 Interoperability Domains

The investigation evaluates interoperability across six structural domains.

  • Cultural Interoperability
  • Structural Interoperability
  • Documentary Interoperability
  • Technical Interoperability
  • Continuity Interoperability
  • Institutional Interoperability

Each domain is investigated independently.

9.4 Cultural Interoperability

The investigation evaluates whether the Cultural Origin remains consistently identifiable across different documentary, institutional, and technological environments.

The Native Digital Artwork should preserve its Cultural Identity independently of any specific blockchain ecosystem.

9.5 Structural Interoperability
Structural Interoperability evaluates whether the Native Digital Edition Structure remains consistent when interacting with different technological infrastructures.
The investigation examines:

  • edition integrity;
  • structural boundaries;
  • numbering;
  • issuance architecture;
  • Structural Identity.

9.6 Documentary Interoperability
The investigation evaluates consistency between:

  • edition documentation;
  • provenance records;
  • blockchain metadata;
  • ownership records;
  • archival documentation.
Documentary interoperability supports long-term structural continuity.

9.7 Technical Interoperability
Technical Interoperability evaluates compatibility with multiple technical environments.
Examples include:

  • blockchain platforms;
  • digital archives;
  • collection management systems;
  • institutional registries;
  • verification systems.
Technical compatibility alone does not establish interoperability.
Instead, it enables implementation of an already established structural organization.

9.8 Continuity Interoperability
The investigation evaluates whether interoperability remains preserved throughout the life cycle of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.
This includes:

  • ownership transitions;
  • archival migration;
  • technological evolution;
  • institutional preservation.

9.9 Institutional Interoperability
Institutional Interoperability evaluates whether the investigated Cultural Digital Asset can maintain structural consistency across museums, archives, marketplaces, registries, and future continuity infrastructures.
Institutional interoperability reinforces:

  • Cultural Origin;
  • Cultural Identity;
  • Primary Structural Object;
  • Structural Identity.

9.10 Interoperability Hierarchy
Cultural Origin

Cultural Interoperability

Primary Structural Object

Structural Interoperability

Edition Units

NFT Realizations

Documentary Interoperability

Technical Interoperability

Continuity Interoperability

Institutional Interoperability

The investigation provisionally identifies interoperability as a layered structural property extending from Cultural Origin toward long-term institutional continuity.

9.11 Framework Observations (FO)

FO-9.1
Cultural Interoperability appears to originate from the Cultural Origin.

FO-9.2
Structural Interoperability appears to originate from the Native Digital Edition Structure.

FO-9.3
NFT realization enables technical interoperability without independently establishing Structural Interoperability.

FO-9.4
Institutional Interoperability reinforces the preservation of both Cultural Identity and Structural Identity across independent infrastructures.

FO-9.5
Interoperability appears to emerge through multiple ontological levels of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset rather than through a single technological layer.

9.12 Interoperability Assessment

The Interoperability Investigation provisionally indicates that interoperability within a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset extends beyond technical compatibility.

The findings suggest that interoperability emerges through coordinated interaction between Cultural Origin, Primary Structural Object, documentary systems, technological implementation, and institutional continuity.

Part IX Conclusion

The Interoperability Investigation indicates that a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset maintains interoperability through a layered structural architecture rather than through blockchain implementation alone.

The Native Digital Artwork preserves Cultural Identity, the Native Digital Edition Structure preserves Structural Identity, and technological infrastructures provide mechanisms for implementation and verification.

These findings remain Framework Observations (FO) and will be evaluated through Cross-Framework Synthesis following completion of the Compliance Investigation.

Framework Investigation

Framework Observation (FO)

Cross-Framework Observation (CFO)

Working Cross-DAP Observation (WCDO)

Candidate Foundational Principle (CFP)

Validated Foundational Principle (VFP)

ADAS Foundation Framework (AFF)

DAP #1
DAP #2
DAP #3
DAP #4
DAP #5
DAP #6
DAP #7

Comparative DAP Analysis

Structural Knowledge Matrix (SKM)

AFM v2.0

AFF

#AFM v2.0

PART X
Compliance Investigation (SRL-7)
ACF — ADAS Compliance Framework

10.1 Introduction
The Compliance Investigation examines how compliance is structurally organized within a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset.

Within the ADAS Compliance Framework (ACF), compliance is understood as the structural consistency of a Cultural Digital Asset with its own declared architecture, governance model, documentation, and institutional continuity.

Compliance is therefore distinguished from jurisdiction-specific legal or regulatory requirements.

Rather than evaluating conformity with external legislation, this investigation examines whether the investigated Cultural Digital Asset consistently preserves its internal structural organization across all ontological levels identified in the preceding investigations.

The central research question is:
How is compliance structurally organized within a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset?

10.2 Compliance Components
The investigation evaluates four principal structural components.

Compliance Component A
Cultural Origin

Native Digital Artwork.
Compliance evaluates whether the Cultural Origin remains consistently identifiable and whether its Cultural Identity is preserved without structural contradiction.

Compliance Component B
Primary Structural Object

Native Digital Edition Structure.
The Primary Structural Object establishes the declared structural rules governing the edition.
Compliance evaluates whether those rules remain internally consistent and are applied without deviation.

Compliance Component C
Edition Units
Each Edition Unit is examined for conformity with the predefined edition architecture.
This includes:

  • numbering consistency;
  • allocation;
  • issuance integrity;
  • structural position within the edition.
Compliance Component D
NFT Realizations
NFT Realizations are evaluated for consistency with the Edition Units they represent.
Blockchain implementation is therefore examined as evidence of structural conformity rather than as the source of compliance itself.

10.3 Compliance Domains
The investigation evaluates compliance across six structural domains.

  • Cultural Compliance
  • Structural Compliance
  • Documentary Compliance
  • Technical Compliance
  • Continuity Compliance
  • Institutional Compliance
Each domain is investigated independently.

10.4 Cultural Compliance
The investigation evaluates whether the Cultural Origin and its Cultural Identity remain consistently represented throughout the lifecycle of the Cultural Digital Asset.
This includes:

  • authorship;
  • artistic attribution;
  • integrity of the native digital artwork;
  • preservation of Cultural Identity.

10.5 Structural Compliance
Structural Compliance evaluates conformity with the declared Native Digital Edition Structure.
The investigation examines:

  • edition size;
  • edition boundaries;
  • numbering;
  • issuance rules;
  • Structural Identity.
The objective is to determine whether the realized edition faithfully reflects its declared structural architecture.

10.6 Documentary Compliance
Documentary Compliance evaluates consistency between all documentary records associated with the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.
This includes:

  • provenance;
  • metadata;
  • ownership history;
  • archival documentation;
  • edition records.

10.7 Technical Compliance
Technical Compliance evaluates whether blockchain implementation accurately realizes the predefined structural organization.
The investigation distinguishes technical correctness from structural correctness.
Technical implementation may be correct while the broader structural organization remains inconsistent.

10.8 Continuity Compliance
Continuity Compliance evaluates whether structural consistency is preserved throughout the complete lifecycle of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.
This includes:

  • ownership transitions;
  • archival preservation;
  • long-term documentation;
  • continuity of provenance.

10.9 Institutional Compliance
Institutional Compliance evaluates whether the investigated Cultural Digital Asset maintains structural consistency across institutional environments.
This includes compatibility with:

  • museums;
  • archives;
  • institutional registries;
  • future continuity infrastructures;
  • cultural governance systems.

10.10 Compliance Hierarchy
Cultural Origin

Cultural Compliance

Primary Structural Object

Structural Compliance

Edition Units

NFT Realizations

Documentary Compliance

Technical Compliance

Continuity Compliance

Institutional Compliance

The investigation provisionally identifies compliance as a layered structural property preserving consistency across all ontological levels of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.

10.11 Framework Observations (FO)

FO-10.1

Cultural Compliance appears to preserve the integrity of the Cultural Origin and Cultural Identity.

FO-10.2
Structural Compliance appears to originate from the Native Digital Edition Structure and its declared organizational rules.

FO-10.3
NFT Realizations provide evidence of structural conformity but do not independently establish compliance.

FO-10.4
Institutional Compliance reinforces consistency across cultural, documentary, technical, and continuity environments.

FO-10.5
Compliance appears to be distributed across multiple ontological levels rather than determined by technological implementation alone.

10.12 Compliance Assessment

The Compliance Investigation provisionally indicates that compliance within a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset is established through the consistent preservation of its internal structural architecture.

The findings suggest that compliance extends beyond technical correctness and depends upon the coordinated integrity of the Cultural Origin, the Primary Structural Object, Edition Units, NFT Realizations, documentation, and institutional continuity.

Part X Conclusion

The Compliance Investigation indicates that compliance within a Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset is a layered structural property emerging from the coherent preservation of all ontological levels identified throughout this investigation.

These findings remain Framework Observations (FO) and will be evaluated collectively through the Cross-Framework Synthesis.

✅ Position within the Research Program
✅ Part I — Introduction
✅ Part II — Research Object and Native Digital Edition Structure
✅ Part III — Research Design and Methodological Application
✅ Part IV — Ontology Investigation
✅ Part V — Utility Investigation
✅ Part VI — Governance Investigation
✅ Part VII — Trust Investigation
✅ Part VIII — Economic Structure Investigation
✅ Part IX — Interoperability Investigation
✅ Part X — Compliance Investigation

  1. PART XI — Cross-Framework Synthesis (переход от Framework Observations к Cross-Framework Observations).
  2. PART XII — Structural Research Record (SRR #4) (формальная фиксация результатов исследования).
  3. PART XIII — Comparative Position within the DAP Series

PART XI
Cross-Framework Synthesis

Cross-Framework Observations (CFO).

---

# PART XI

# Cross-Framework Synthesis

## 11.1 Purpose

The Cross-Framework Synthesis integrates the Framework Observations (FO) generated throughout the seven Structural Research Layers of this investigation.

Unlike the individual Framework Investigations, which examine specific structural properties independently, the Cross-Framework Synthesis evaluates whether consistent structural patterns emerge across multiple frameworks.

Only observations supported by multiple Framework Investigations are registered as Cross-Framework Observations (CFO).

No new evidence is introduced during this stage. The synthesis is based exclusively on the Framework Observations documented throughout this investigation.

# 11.2 Framework Integration

The Cross-Framework Synthesis integrates the results of:

* Ontology Investigation
* Utility Investigation
* Governance Investigation
* Trust Investigation
* Economic Structure Investigation
* Interoperability Investigation
* Compliance Investigation

Each investigation contributes independent evidence to the structural interpretation of the investigated Cultural Digital Asset.

---

# 11.7 Cross-Framework Observation 05 (CFO-4.5)

## Cultural Digital Assets exhibit a layered structural architecture.

### Supporting Framework Observations

All seven Framework Investigations identify complementary structural layers extending from the Cultural Origin to institutional continuity.

These layers include:

* Cultural Origin
* Cultural Identity
* Primary Structural Object
* Structural Identity
* Edition Units
* NFT Realizations
* Documentary Systems
* Institutional Continuity

### Cross-Framework Assessment

The investigated Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset consistently demonstrates a layered structural architecture in which each ontological level performs a distinct structural function.

**Status:** Cross-Framework Observation (CFO).

---

# 11.8 Overall Cross-Framework Assessment

The Cross-Framework Synthesis indicates that the investigated Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset cannot be adequately interpreted through blockchain implementation alone.

Instead, the investigation consistently identifies a layered structural architecture beginning with the Cultural Origin, organized through the Primary Structural Object, realized through Edition Units and NFT implementation, and preserved through documentation, continuity, and institutional governance.

The identified Cross-Framework Observations remain specific to the investigated class of Cultural Digital Asset and will be evaluated against subsequent DAP investigations before contributing to the Structural Knowledge Matrix (SKM).

---

# Part XI Conclusion

The Cross-Framework Synthesis consolidates the independent Framework Observations into a coherent structural interpretation of the investigated Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset.

Five Cross-Framework Observations have been identified, each supported by evidence from multiple Structural Research Layers.

These observations do not yet constitute foundational principles. Instead, they represent validated results within this investigation and provide the evidential basis for future Working Cross-DAP Observations (WCDO), Comparative DAP Analysis, and, ultimately, the development of the ADAS Foundation Framework (AFF).

Framework?

#AFM v2.0

PART XII
Structural Research Record (SRR #4)

# Part XII Conclusion

Structural Research Record #4 formally documents the validated results of the investigation into the Native Digital Edition Cultural Digital Asset.

The record preserves the structural findings of this DAP without extending them into general theoretical principles.

Its primary function is to provide a standardized research record for future Comparative DAP Analysis, the Structural Knowledge Matrix (SKM), and the eventual development of AFM v2.0 and the ADAS Foundation Framework (AFF).

(Comparative DAP Analysis → SKM).

PART XIII
Comparative Position within the DAP Series

Knowledge Layer.
Comparative DAP Analysis
а
Comparative Position within the DAP Research Program

# Comparative Position within the DAP Series

## 13.1 Purpose

This section positions the present investigation within the broader DAP Research Program.

Unlike the preceding sections, which document findings specific to the investigated Cultural Digital Asset class, this comparative assessment evaluates how DAP #4 contributes to the cumulative development of structural knowledge across the DAP series.

No new Framework Observations (FO) or Cross-Framework Observations (CFO) are introduced in this section.

Its purpose is to register comparative relationships and identify Working Cross-DAP Observations (WCDO) for future verification.

DAP #4 extends the research program by introducing the structural investigation of limited editions whose Cultural Origin is itself native digital.

---

# 13.3 Comparative Contribution

Compared with the previous investigations, DAP #4 introduces four major structural contributions.

### Contribution 01

The explicit distinction between:

* Cultural Origin
* Primary Structural Object

This distinction enables separate investigation of cultural and structural foundations.

---

### Contribution 02

The explicit distinction between:

* Cultural Identity
* Structural Identity

The investigation demonstrates that cultural identity and structural identity originate from different ontological levels.

---

### Contribution 03

The identification of a layered structural architecture extending from:

* Cultural Origin
* Cultural Identity
* Primary Structural Object
* Structural Identity
* Edition Units
* NFT Realizations
* Documentary Layer
* Institutional Continuity

---

### Contribution 04

The recognition that structural properties are distributed across multiple ontological levels rather than originating from a single structural source.

---

# 13.4 Registered Working Cross-DAP Observations (WCDO)

## WCDO-01

Different Cultural Digital Asset classes may exhibit different Primary Structural Objects.

Current evidence:

* DAP #1
* DAP #2
* DAP #3
* DAP #4

Status:

Working Cross-DAP Observation.

Further verification required.

---

## WCDO-02

Structural properties may originate from different ontological levels within the same Cultural Digital Asset.

Current evidence:

* DAP #3
* DAP #4

Status:

Working Cross-DAP Observation.

Further verification required through DAP #5–#7.

---

## WCDO-03

Blockchain implementation consistently functions as a realization layer rather than the origin of cultural or structural identity.

Current evidence:

* DAP #2
* DAP #3
* DAP #4

Status:

Working Cross-DAP Observation.

Further verification required.

---

## WCDO-04

Cultural Origin and Primary Structural Object appear to remain conceptually independent.

Current evidence:

* DAP #4

Status:

Initial Working Cross-DAP Observation.

Future investigations will determine whether this distinction applies to additional CDA classes.

---

# 13.5 Comparative Assessment

The comparative evaluation indicates that DAP #4 expands the structural vocabulary of the DAP Research Program.

The introduction of Cultural Origin, Cultural Identity, Structural Identity, and the layered structural architecture provides new analytical tools for investigating increasingly complex classes of Cultural Digital Assets.

These concepts are not yet regarded as foundational principles.

Instead, they remain subject to validation through subsequent DAP investigations and comparative analysis.

---

# 13.6 Registration for the Structural Knowledge Matrix (SKM)

The findings of DAP #4 are registered for future evaluation within the Structural Knowledge Matrix.

The following elements are submitted for comparative assessment:

* Primary Structural Object
* Cultural Origin
* Cultural Identity
* Structural Identity
* Layered Structural Architecture
* Cross-Framework Observations (CFO-4.1–CFO-4.5)
* Working Cross-DAP Observations (WCDO-01–WCDO-04)

No element is transferred directly into the ADAS Foundation Framework (AFF).

Transfer to AFF requires:

1. Comparative validation across the complete DAP series.
2. Registration within the Structural Knowledge Matrix.
3. Qualification as a Candidate Foundational Principle (CFP).
4. Validation as a Validated Foundational Principle (VFP).

# Part XIII Conclusion

DAP #4 occupies a pivotal position within the DAP Research Program.

It is the first investigation to distinguish explicitly between Cultural Origin and the Primary Structural Object, and between Cultural Identity and Structural Identity.

These distinctions significantly extend the analytical capacity of the research program while remaining provisional until verified across the remaining DAP investigations.

The comparative results documented in this section provide the formal transition from individual investigation toward cumulative structural knowledge, supporting the future development of the Structural Knowledge Matrix (SKM), AFM v2.0, and ultimately the ADAS Foundation Framework (AFF).

Primary Structural Objects.
Framework.

FO → CFO → WCDO → SKM → CFP → VFP → AFF

Does the type of artistic practice determine the ontological status of a Cultural Digital Asset?

No.

Physical Artwork

DAP #2
или
DAP #3.

Художник B
Blender.
Native Digital Artwork

DAP #1
или
DAP #4.

Художник C

  • масло;
  • акварель;
  • цифровая графика;
  • VR;
  • generative art.
  • DAP #1;
  • DAP #2;
  • DAP #3;
  • DAP #4;
  • DAP #5.

  • The classification of a Cultural Digital Asset depends on the ontological origin of the asset, not on the artistic profile of its creator.
не
Artist

CDA Class
а
Artwork

Cultural Origin

PSO

CDA Class

Artistic Practice
  • oil painter;
  • sculptor;
  • digital artist;
  • conceptual artist;
  • multidisciplinary artist.

Cultural Origin
  • Physical Artwork
  • Native Digital Artwork
  • Generative Artwork
  • Hybrid Artwork
  • AI-assisted Artwork

Я — AndrBel.
  • масляную живопись;
  • Native Digital Art;
  • NFT Editions;
Generative Art.
AndrBel — NFT Artist?

Cultural Digital Assets.

Working Cross-DAP Observation (предварительно):

The ontological classification of a Cultural Digital Asset is determined by the Cultural Origin and the Primary Structural Object of the investigated asset rather than by the artistic discipline, medium, or professional identity of its creator.
