This paper serves as the conceptual bridge between the theoretical architecture of the ADAS Framework Series and its practical validation through Demonstration and Validation Projects (DAP).
Rather than investigating a particular implementation, the paper establishes the fundamental research object of the Initial Research Domain:
Cultural Digital Assets (CDA).
Accordingly, all subsequent DAPs investigate specific classes of Cultural Digital Assets defined within this paper.

Cultural Qualification

Up to this point, the art world often treats "minting" as the birth of an NFT.
Our research suggests something more nuanced.
Minting is the birth of a digital record.
It is not necessarily the birth of a Cultural Digital Asset.
The CDA emerges only when it possesses an identifiable cultural identity structured through Utility, Governance, and Trust.

Toward a Multidimensional Structural Taxonomy
Introduction
The preceding sections established that Cultural Digital Assets are defined by their cultural structures rather than by the technologies through which they are implemented.
The next methodological objective is therefore to establish a structural taxonomy capable of classifying Cultural Digital Assets according to consistent research criteria.
During the present investigation, it became evident that a single linear classification is insufficient.
Different characteristics of Cultural Digital Assets describe fundamentally different dimensions of their existence.

The current stage of the ANDRBEL Research Program focuses exclusively on establishing the theoretical foundations, methodological architecture, and practical validation of Cultural Digital Assets.
The possible development of a CDA Protocol—an open framework for the identification, classification, and interoperability of Cultural Digital Assets—is intentionally reserved for future investigation.
The necessity, architecture, and scope of such a protocol should emerge from the cumulative evidence generated through the Demonstration and Validation Projects (DAP), rather than being predetermined in advance.
Accordingly, the present research neither proposes nor assumes the existence of a CDA Protocol. Instead, it recognizes this possibility as a potential future direction whose relevance must first be demonstrated through successful theoretical validation and practical implementation.
